Q: Why can I only add certain items to my cart for purchase, but not others?
A: The items available for purchase on the Carmelina Films website are those which we have the right to sell in North America. Items that cannot be added to the cart are sold through one of our partners. Please visit their website to purchase that particular item.

Q: Do you accept orders from outside of the United States?
A: Currently, we only accept orders from the United States and Canada from our website. For international orders, please order from one of our partners in your region.

Q: How are items shipped?
A: We ship our items First Class through the United States Postal Service.

Q: What is your return policy?
A: We accept returns on all items purchased through this website for up to 30 days after purchase. For a full refund, the item must be unopened and in new condition. Exchanges for defective items are allowed up to 30 days after purchase. Defective items will be replaced with a new copy of the same item. Contact our customer service department with your inquiry.

Q: Can I order with a purchase order?
A: Yes! Simply download our purchase order form and mail in your order. We will process it and bill you for the purchased items.
